The National Association of Realtors Senior council has designated me a Senior Specialist due to my knowledge and passion in serving consumers 50 years and older.
By earning this designation I have demonstrated an understanding of the 50 plus demographic. There is a wider variety of loan products and marketing techniques avaiable for this group.
I am not alone in this pursuit. My colleague Chere “Beth” Robertson and I are the only team of Senior Specialist’s in Sonoma County and have over thirty years of experience helping satisfied clients.

Riverview, Riverside and Rivers Bend Adult Communities in Healdsburg. There are no websites for these communities. I live right next door to these areas so I know them well. They are all 55 years plus areas located at the base of Fitch Mtn next to the Russian River. Each has a recreation center, swimming pool and other activities. These are exactly one mile from the Plaza and the Senior Center in downtown Healdsburg. Healdsburg has an excellent Hospitol and transportation system.
Brooks Creek Adult Community in Windsor. There is no website for this community either. I can provide any information that you may need for this area. It is located close to plenty of shopping and is just steps from the Windsor Senior Center.
